Nina's Paris Tea
The Royal de Versailles 1672.
Nina's tea is elaborated each year from fruits picked by hand in the King's Garden. It is the oldest vegetable garden in the world, and it radiates since the year 1678 as the symbol of the love of nature of the Sun King Louis XIV, and the genesis of a French culture of refined dishes, such as the perceived Marie Antoinette.
NINA'S & the King's Garden - An Exclusive Collaboration
More than 150 species of apples of yesteryear, now almost extinct, are grown there without fertilizers or pesticides. NINA'S Paris is the only official partner to offer products made from fruits and flowers of the Potager of the King of Versailles, grown only according to traditional techniques following ancestral processes of the time of Louis XIV.
