Return Policy Merchandise (Non-Tea)
As always, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site so we have a 15 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our Contact Us page or the information below within 10 days of shipment. Please Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with a Return Merchandise Account number. Some of teawre will be applied 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy Tea
We do not accept returns on tea due to the perishable nature of these products. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your tea, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
